The Role We're looking for a licensed, high-capacity Property Manager to take ownership of a single family residential portfolio.

This role is for a self-starter:



someone who takes initiative, solves problems as they come up, and sees every file through from start to finish.

You're the main contact for overall property operations for owners and tenants in your unit portfolio From onboarding a unit, to showings and the final move-out inspection, you're the main contact and the face of Ripple for your tenants and owners.

What You’ll Do Leasing: Own the vacancy cycle from listing to signed lease and work with the leasing team to be successful in leasing and reducing vacancy.
