Join True North Imaging as a full time Diagnostic Imaging Call Centre Representative, and provide exceptional patient care over the phone. You'll manage inbound calls and assist with appointment bookings while demonstrating outstanding communication skills.

In this permanent role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring that their needs are met through effective appointment scheduling and inquiries. Previous experience in a call center and a Medical Office Assistant diploma would be valuable. Success in this position requires adaptability, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle large volumes of inbound calls efficiently
• Provide accurate appointment information and procedure details




• Maintain exceptional phone etiquette in all communications
• Demonstrate active listening to understand patient needs
• Complete data entry for patient demographics and appointments

Requirements:
• Medical Office Assistant diploma preferred
• Prior experience in a call centre is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in data entry and basic computer tasks
• Positive, adaptable attitude in high-pressure situations
