Your responsibilities include coordinating nursing services, leading shift reports, and ensuring accurate documentation per AgeCare policies. Additionally, you will process physician orders efficiently, maintaining communication with the Director of Care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care to residents daily
• Supervise Registered Practical Nurses and support staff




• Coordinate nursing services within the residence
• Lead shift reports for effective team communication
• Document significant changes in residents’ health

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Knowledge of geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Registration with provincial nursing registry
• Familiarity with relevant health regulations and statutes
• Valuable standing in provincial nursing membership
