Key Responsibilities:
• Operate rotary die cutters, flat bed die cutters, and roll slicers
• Set up and perform test runs on machinery
• Monitor operations and adjust settings for quality
• Inspect products to meet ISO 9001 standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a machine operator
• Basic mechanical systems understanding
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
