We recruit for both temporary and permanent positions throughout the Greater Montreal Area.YOUR MISSIONSPosition SummaryOur client, a large organization operating in the distribution industry, is looking for a Sample & Operations Clerk to support activities at its head office.The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting samples daily from various distribution centres using a company-provided vehicle, then transporting, sorting, and delivering them to internal teams. This hands-on position combines driving, material handling, organization, and communication and requires a high level of autonomy in managing daily routes.Key Responsibilities• Complete daily routes between various distribution centres and the head office.• Collect, transport, sort, and deliver newly received samples.• Handle, pack,



and move boxes and products.• Perform basic checks to ensure sample accuracy.• Communicate relevant information to internal teams.• Organize daily routes efficiently and manage priorities independently.• Perform basic administrative follow-ups and maintain accurate information.YOUR PROFILECandidate Profile• Experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, retail, shipping/receiving, or material handling environment.• Comfortable performing a primarily hands-on and physical role.• Ability to regularly lift and handle loads of approximately 10 lbs.• Valid driver’s licence and excellent driving record required.• Reliable, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with different stakeholders.• Strong English and functional French required.• Basic computer and Excel skills.Working Conditions• Permanent, full-time, 100% in office position.• Workday generally starts around 8:00–8:30 a.m.• Company vehicle provided for business-related travel.
