As part of the Mine Operations team, the Hot Seat Coordinator reports to the Supervisor - Dispatch and plays a vital role in coordinating breaks and staffing. You will manage operator assignments, document shift changes, and collaborate with Dispatch to minimize downtime. Your expertise in open pit mining operations will be essential for efficient workforce deployment and promoting safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce safety standards and procedures effectively
• Coordinate hot seating activities for efficient transitions




• Collaborate with Dispatch for operator breaks
• Monitor and adjust workforce management continuously
• Maintain accurate records of equipment and personnel movements

Requirements:
• 3+ years in open pit mining roles
• Knowledge of dispatch systems and mining operations
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
