In this role, you will assess participant needs and facilitate their journey towards sustainable employment. With two years of experience, you must demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Your efforts will focus on employer engagement and community collaboration to promote job readiness and retention for participants facing various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and identify participant employment barriers and needs
• Develop tailored Employment Action Plans with participants
• Market participants to potential employers and community resources




• Provide pre-employment assistance including job search skills
• Foster qualified relationships with community and employer partners

Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in relevant field
• Minimum two years of related experience in employment services
• Proven interpersonal skills with diverse populations
• Ability to work independently in various environments
• Willingness to travel locally and possess a reliable vehicle
