As a Facility Technician, you will maintain our club's aesthetic and operational integrity. This includes performing timely repairs, conducting routine and preventive maintenance, and ensuring health and safety protocols are followed. Your expertise in building systems will contribute significantly to the overall member experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain building assets, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational outages




• Coordinate with external contractors for necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Community College Certificate as Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator preferred
• Three years of experience in building systems maintenance
• Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
