Dispatch Support Coordinator Express Employment Professionals – Guelph is currently recruiting for a great transportation and warehousing company looking to add an experienced Dispatch Support Coordinator to their team!
This is a full-time, permanent prospect for someone with strong dispatch experience who is professional, organized, and able to think quickly while managing multiple priorities.
Position Details Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Guelph, ON
Job Type: Full-Time
On-Call: Occasional on-call support required
You will be responsible for managing one dedicated customer account and working closely alongside 1–2 other key team members to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the day.
Responsibilities: Dispatch and communicate with drivers throughout the day
Monitor routes, appointments, and driver schedules
Provide regular updates to customers
Handle driver questions and resolve issues quickly
Process and manage driver timesheets
Close routes and appointments
Maintain constant communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams
Problem-solve unexpected issues and make quick decisions
Ensure accurate documentation and communication
Provide on-call support when required
What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of dispatch experience is required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities




Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional and confident communication style
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Previous food or produce dispatch experience is a strong asset
Health and food safety experience is a strong asset
Strong customer-management attitude
Comfortable working in a team environment while taking ownership of your account
