Location Description
Challenging and complex behaviors requiring consistency in adhering to established protocols and support strategies. Personal care and adherence to behavioral support plans required.
Job Summary
Provide guidance and support to individuals. Contribute input for the development, implementation, and review of support plans. As part of a staff team, share knowledge and information in assisting with problem solving, identifying needs, and promoting a safe and healthy setting for all individuals at the location.
Qualifications
Completion of a one (1) year post-secondary diploma/degree in a human service field of study and six (6) months experience working with people with an intellectual disability.
First Aid Certification.
Valid Driver's License and access to an automobile.
