The City of Guelph is seeking a committed individual for a part-time role in the Operations Department. Reporting directly to City Hall, the ideal candidate will focus on quality customer service while ensuring compliance with local property standards. With a foundation in municipal by-law enforcement and strong communication skills, you will contribute to achieving the city’s inclusive community vision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections under the Yard Maintenance by-law
• Prepare and issue notices related to property inspections




• Assist inspectors in enforcement activities
• Conduct additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Graduate of a two-year Police Foundations program
• Two years of municipal by-law enforcement experience
• Certification in Property Standards is an asset
• Familiarity with relevant municipal regulations
• Valid driver’s license and positive driving record
