Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking experienced Labourers to support construction activities on the new La Crete Community Health Centre.

Schedule Rotation: 10 on, 4 off (10 hour days)

What You Will Be Working On
As a Labourer, you will play a key role in the construction of a current healthcare facility that will serve the La Crete community for years to come. This commercial construction project requires hardworking, safety-focused individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and teamwork.





Assisting carpenters and other trades with daily construction activities

Supporting concrete formwork, pours, stripping, material handling, and site clean-up

Performing general labour duties related to foundations, structural concrete, framing, and building enclosure activities

Loading, unloading, organizing, and distributing materials throughout the job site

Operating basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively

Assisting with layout, measurements, and preparation work as directed by supervisors

Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

Supporting project crews with temporary protection, hoarding, site logistics, and ongoing construction needs

Identifying and reporting safety concerns while participating in daily safety meetings and hazard assessments

Working collaboratively with multiple trades to help maintain project schedules and production targets

What We Are Looking For

CSTS 2020

WHMIS 2015

ESC Fall Protection

Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work

The ability to lift, carry and handle weight up to 50lbs

Must be organized, self-driven, and have ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
