Reporting to the Director of Culinary Services, the Cook prepares and delivers meals for residents and staff. This position requires a commitment to food safety, menu review, and attractive meal presentation. Utilize your experience in large quantity food preparation within a supportive, person-centered workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver food for residents, guests, and staff
• Review menus and production sheets prior to meal preparation
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed
• Conduct daily temperature audits for food storage
• Participate in planning special and theme meal days

Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate required
• Red Seal Certificate preferred
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of special and therapeutic diets
• Physically able to lift heavy, hot items
