At Fairmont Banff Springs, we are seeking an energetic individual dedicated to delivering our Adventure & Experiences program. You will assist in youth activities and manage outdoor recreation, all while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children aged 3-12. This role is ideal for those with strong talent in activity facilitation and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate various activities independently or collaboratively
• Set up, clean, and sanitize activity spaces
• Supervise children in youth activity programs




• Contribute creative ideas for future programming
• Assist with daily operations of the Adventure Centre

Requirements:
• Current Standard First Aid with CPR “C”
• Two years of experience in a recreational setting with children
• Experience facilitating games and activities
• Relevant academic background in Outdoor Recreation or related field
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stay active for shifts
