Supervisor – Operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support frontline employees during daily operations.

Promote workplace safety and ensure procedures are followed.

Coordinate workloads and staffing to meet operational needs.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members.





Monitor productivity and address operational challenges.

Communicate effectively with employees, management, and stakeholders.

Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Maintain service quality while helping control operational costs.

Build a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

3-5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or operations environment.

Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

Solid leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

First Aid/CPR certification is considered an asset.

Compensation & Employment Type

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time
