Become a vital part of Branksome Hall's Swim Instructor team! We're hiring part-time instructors to ensure safety and deliver quality swimming lessons at our Athletic and Wellness Centre.

This part-time role offers flexibility with shifts ranging from 4 to 20 hours weekly. Ideal candidates will possess a Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification, along with First Aid qualifications. You'll provide swimming lessons to varying age groups, implement lesson plans, and maintain pool safety standards while fostering a positive environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure patron safety in swimming facilities
• Provide instructional swimming lessons per curriculum
• Organize and implement lesson plans and evaluations




• Communicate effectively with swimmers of all ages
• Act as a first responder in emergencies and enforce pool rules

Requirements:
• Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification
• Active First Aid certification with AED
• Knowledge of indoor pool safety regulations
• Experience with aquatic programming preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends
