This full-time position reports to the Manager of Last Mile Optimization and focuses on operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement. You'll analyze performance metrics, coordinate with delivery partners, and ensure adherence to operational standards. Your impact will be felt through optimized delivery strategies and satisfied customers across the network.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily performance indicators of delivery partners
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
• Prepare operational performance reports regularly




• Support delivery partner operations and incident resolutions
• Conduct store visits to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related
• 2-5 years in eCommerce or operational optimization
• Solid analytical skills with performance management experience
• Knowledge of last mile operations and data analysis
• Willingness for limited travel across Ontario
