Summary
The individual will report to the Senior Manager, Recognition and Engagement and help support recognition and engagement activities and programs across Network. They will collaborate with stakeholders and business partners at all levels to design, deliver and support high‑quality programs that align with business needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and high attention to quality, detail and accuracy, combined with the ability to mentor and support new leaders. In addition, the successful candidate will be a team player with high energy, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. The successful candidate will also be able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Directors, vendors and key stakeholders to design and develop creative, high‑quality, interactive learning content for remote and classroom training

Ensure all recurring learning programs are updated on a regular basis to encompass program, organizational, procedural and technology changes

Proactively generate new opportunities and drive new program initiatives to contribute in building a continuous line‑up of high quality leaders.

Oversee plans and directs schedules, as well as program budgets





Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel

Organizes program activities and interdepartmental meetings

Ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints

Plan and lead networking events

Support the implementation of the evaluation strategy to ensure a data‑driven approach to improving programs

Critical Qualifications

Post‑secondary diploma/degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously

Passion for people and development

Thrive in a fast paced agile environment and be eager to contribute to new programs, procedures, ideas and practices while adopting those in place

Self‑motivated individual who has the ability to deliver results

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach other leaders

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and comfortable speaking with Regional Managers, Directors and Executives

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English and French) is an asset; adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Previous recruitment and/or leadership development experience

Knowledge of Bell and/or Field Services/Network

Previous experience designing high‑quality, interactive learning content for remote and classroom training





Solid knowledge of best practices in adult learning and technology‑based learning with the ability to link knowledge transfer with desired business outcomes.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
