In this role, you will manage complex proposals for federal and public-sector clients, providing expertise in procurement processes and compliance. You’ll drive proposal success while mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead high-value proposals for federal and public-sector clients
• Manage complex, multi-disciplinary submissions across multiple teams
• Guide teams through proposal strategies and reviews




• Develop and enhance project profiles and proposal content
• Oversee final submissions and maintain prospect records

Requirements:
• Degree in Technical Writing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of proposal development experience in B2B
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with AI-assisted proposal tools is a plus
• Exceptional writing and stakeholder management skills
