Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday; 8am to 4pm; with the possibility of having Monday shifts depending on operational needs
Location: Waterloo/Kitchener, ON

C-Care is a healthcare staffing agency with over 20 years of experience in providing high quality care services to homes and healthcare facilities.

We are currently looking for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to work with our client, a pain management clinic, located in Waterloo/Kitchener, ON on a full-time basis.

Scope and Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients by demonstrating clinical competency, including but not limited to, conducting physical assessments, medication reconciliation, and monitoring patient condition

Documenting clinical assessments and treatments accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with CNO and clinic standards

Perform procedure set up, equipment disinfection, procedure room after care, maintaining adequate supplies for the clinic

Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members





Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and that the highest level of patient care and services is provided to all patients

Assist with documentation and other administrative duties within the clinic as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Active and current RPN license with CNO

At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred

Valid BLS Certificate
