Mariner Innovations is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team full time in Atlantic Canada. This role focuses on enhancing client projects and delivering top-notch solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with delivery and sales teams to execute client-based projects. You should have extensive experience in business analysis and IT, defining specifications, and facilitating stakeholder sessions. Your skills will drive process improvements and enhance system designs across various client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Document current and future state process mapping
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents and functional requirements




• Collaborate on test plans and test cases development
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and identify process improvements

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or computer science
• Over 5 years as an IT Business Analyst
• CBAP certification or willingness to obtain
• Proven success in business requirements analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset
