Job Description The Associate Director, Scientific Strategy blends advanced scientific communication with growing strategic leadership. This role contributes to both content development and scientific planning, supporting integrated medical communications initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate brings strong scientific acumen, independent writing capability, and an interest in helping shape forward‑thinking engagement strategies alongside senior leaders. What You’ll Do: Develop scientifically accurate, compelling content across formats, ensuring clarity, integrity, and alignment with project objectives. Conduct literature reviews and synthesize complex data into explicit narratives that support scientific platforms and communication strategies. Lead project briefs and provide guidance that enables cross‑functional teams to execute high‑quality medical communications deliverables. Collaborate with senior strategists to support planning for advisory boards, workshops, and other strategic initiatives.
