Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert legal advice on workplace legislation
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and investigations




• Advise on Canadian privacy and pension laws
• Support legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years' Canadian legal experience
• Active member of the BC Bar or eligible to practice
