You will support teachers by instructing individuals and small groups in an integrated academic setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct individual and small groups of ELL students
• Support classroom management and student integration
• Assist teachers with language assessment processes




• Advocate for ELL students during support team meetings
• Maintain student portfolios and track learning activities

Requirements:
• Two-year college diploma in educational field required
• Previous ESL instruction experience preferred
• TESL qualifications are an asset
• Related volunteer experience is advantageous
• Sensitivity to diverse cultures and learning needs
