As a SmartCenter Operator, you will coordinate multiple projects remotely, ensuring accurate documentation, troubleshooting issues, and serving as a liaison between various teams. This role requires strong computer skills and attention to detail, as you will monitor heat treatment cycles and document critical information. You will start with 8-hour rotating shifts before advancing to 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tasks and statuses for assigned projects
• Ensure accurate Quality Assurance documentation




• Assist in site equipment setup and monitoring cycles
• Serve as liaison among various operational teams
• Create and distribute client chart packages

Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexibly in data-heavy tasks
• Willingness to learn about metallurgy and quality programs
• Driver's License required
