Responsibilities **Key Responsibilities** * **Inventory & Order Fulfillment:** Perform accurate picking,



packing, scanning, putaways, and stock replenishment using RF scanners. * **Shipping & Receiving:** Process incoming stock and outgoing orders, verify packing slips, and coordinate hand-offs with couriers. * **Systems & Communication:** Utilize the company’s ERP system for inventory tracking and Microsoft Outlook for internal communication (no Word or Excel required). * **Material Handling:** Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed (heaviest items are blades). * **Team Collaboration:** Maintain a clean, organized work area and contribute positively to a fast-paced, high-efficiency team environment.

Qualifications **Qualifications** * **Required Experience:** Proven experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and hands-on RF scanner operation. * **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable operating basic computer programs, including ERP systems and Microsoft Outlook. * **Physical Capability:** Ability to safely and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment. * **Attributes:** A positive attitude, strong determination, adaptability, and a collaborative team-first mindset.
