Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: Experience an asset Tasks Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse Empty trash cans and other waste containers Balance rent roll Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment Perform safety and security checks Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures Work with minimal supervision Employment terms options Early morning Morning Employment terms options To be determined Day Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
