RESPONSIBILITIES Handle payments and gratuities make change and process all transactions through Sky Tab System accurately
Maintain knowledge of and actively promote menu beverages and current promotions
Ensure all opening closing procedures are completed shift dependent
Maintain set and clear tables as required location dependent
Apply developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION Smart Serve Serving It Right or equivalent required




ABILITIES ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE Previous customer service experience food & beverage experience preferred
Outgoing positive and team orientated
Fast and accurate handling of payments and gratuities through a POS system Sky Tab preferred
Working and accurate knowledge of basic math
Willingness and ability to work flexible hours evenings & weekends
Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
