Role and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Samsung Mobile Sell-out Platform Development
Support the Sell-out platform strategy (Trade In / RV) in collaboration with the MXLT.
Support multiple phased projects, including working with internal stakeholders and partners to deliver project and business objectives.
Develop reporting and business management tools
Manage partner relationship; liaise with partner to manage the trade-in program in D2C channel and in partner channels collaborate with PM, Marketing, Legal and customer service teams to design, finalize & implement the trade-in promotional offers
Samsung Care+ & Trade In / RV Business Development
Liaise with partner to manage the SC+ program structure and operations in DtC channel and in partner channels (national Retail, Carrier)
Report on, and oversee SECA’s Trade In program management. This includes vendor management, and rate negotiations with support of senior MX leadership team
Collaborate with PM, Marketing, DtC, Legal and CS teams to design, finalize & implement the Trade and SC+ promotional offers
Manage the T&Cs; and SOWs for Trade In / SC+ promotional offers
Manage SOWs for Trade In / SC+ product development and enhancement in collaboration with external Partner
Support and Follow-up on Partner invoices submissions,



internal legal and financial processes to ensure execution excellence for Samsung Care+ and other programs
Work with Marketing Team to finalize SC+ promo assets
Drive business visibility through recurring weekly reports, comprehensive monthly analytics, and key attach-rate performance evaluations
Enhance SECA’s device protection program – market analysis, competition benchmark, pricing analysis, promotion performance analysis
Drive new service initiatives to improve program performance and increase Trade In & SC+ adoption
Drive new initiatives to expand SC+ channel coverage in National Retail and Carriers
Drive new initiatives to improve Trade In rates for SECA
Supervise and Manage MX Service Operations
Responsible for having oversight of the day-to-day operations and administration of the various Mobile services of digital marketing programs and platforms such as Trade In, Samsung Care+, Samsung Finance+, Samsung Wallet, Samsung Health, and Galaxy Store.
Skills and Qualifications Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
Salary The salary range for this role is expected to between $93,000 to $128,000 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
