Customer Service Representative
Oakville ON – Onsite
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service and Administration Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis to support their customers and business operations. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional customer experience while providing administrative, financial, and tradeshow coordination support.

What is offered:

25.00/hr.+ (Depending on Experience)

In Office 9am to 5pm (Mon-Thurs) and 9am to 2:30pm on Fridays

Benefits, paid vacation and additional incentives are provided once taken on permanently (based on personal performance and company needs)

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support by phone, email, and online channels

Maintain accurate customer records and activity in HubSpot CRM

Track, analyze, and report on customer service metrics, complaints, and trends

Prepare purchase orders, process invoices, and monitor team expenses

Partner with Finance on payment follow-ups, vendor setup, and budget tracking

Coordinate tradeshow registrations, logistics, materials, and event budgets

Support cross-functional projects and process improvement initiative

Help ensure website content and customer-facing information remain accurate and up to date

Qualifications





Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or coordination

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace
