Family Day is seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) for a contract part-time position of 25 hours per week at its St. Valentine location. You will employ the High/Scope® approach in creating diverse and engaging learning programs while assessing children's individual needs. Your role will also involve effective communication, collaboration with families, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the High/Scope® educational curriculum
• Develop programs reflecting children's interests




• Observe and assess child progress and behavior
• Participate in assessment meetings for children with special needs
• Communicate respectfully with families and colleagues

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Degree or Diploma
• RECE registration in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of child care experience
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR, level C
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
