In this vital role, you will assist the Commercial Lines team through policy administration and effective use of the EPIC Broker Management System. Your responsibilities will include issuing Certificates of Insurance, reviewing policy documents for accuracy, and performing data entry for new business in carrier portals. You'll also proactively manage client follow-ups and assist Account Managers with driver approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support team by managing policy administration functions
• Develop expertise in the EPIC Broker Management System




• Review and ensure accuracy of policy documents
• Enter recent business details in carrier portals
• Assist with invoicing and finance contracts preparation
Requirements:
• Office administration experience required
• Background in brokerage supporting commercial lines
• RIBO licensed or willing to obtain it
• Experience with Applied Epic is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
