Responsibilities include administering and managing security for HR systems such as SEMA4; designing, supporting, and maintaining security for reporting systems such as OBIEE; and supporting trainingsystems (ELM and LinkedIn Learning) by creating courses, managing enrollments, and administering system security. The position also manages mass employee communication tools, including Outlook distribution lists and GovDelivery.Additional responsibilities include overseeing the design, support, and administration of the FileNet documentation management system, including workflow and file structure design, and maintaining the HR division's TEAMS and SharePoint sites. The position also serves as backup for payroll administration, assists with payroll auditing, creates and updates organizational charts, administers LinkedIn Learning licenses, and manages security for UI accounts.This position has access to labor relations information as defined in M.S. 13.37; participates in meetings where state labor negotiation proposals are discussed; and will have access toagency strike plans.This position is eligible for a hybrid telework arrangement and requires being onsite at least 50% of the time. Additional onsite attendance may be required by management to meet business needs.

Please review the Telework Policy for details.Minimum QualificationsTwo (2) years of technical, administrative, or paraprofessional experience supporting business information systems. Qualifying experience must include work in areas such as user security administration, data entry or auditing, reporting, system documentation, database management, business process improvement, project coordination, or records management, and must include experience in:Administering or supporting enterprise HR systems (such as SEMA4 or similar personnel/payroll systems).Supporting reporting or business intelligence tools (such as OBIEE), including managing user security and report access.Administering or supporting learning management systems (such as ELM or LinkedIn Learning), including course creation and enrollment management.Providing customer service to team members, agency partners, employees, and system users by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to work and collaborate effectively with partners and other stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience using State of Minnesota systems such as SEMA4, OBIEE, ELM, Document Direct, and SharePoint.Experience developing or revising administrative policies, procedures, process maps, guidelines, forms, templates, or training materials.Knowledge of data privacy and security requirements (e.G., HIPAA, Minnesota data practices laws) related to handling sensitive information.Additional RequirementsSuccessful applicants must pass a criminal background check through American DataBank and employment reference checks prior to employment.
