Sagesse is seeking a full time Volunteer Program Associate for a parental leave cover from October 2026 to July 2027. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with team members to implement volunteer standards and enhance community involvement. Key skills include strong relationship building, organizational coordination, and effective communication to sustain volunteer participation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support volunteer standards and adherence through collaboration
• Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and appreciation for volunteers
• Work with the Program team to bridge support gaps




• Report monthly on volunteer activities and statistics
• Attend supervision and staff meetings regularly

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in social work or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable in a hybrid work environment
• Availability for evenings and weekends
