AgeCare is seeking Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to enhance the quality of life for our residents. In this role, you will monitor care practices, document resident care, and assist in onboarding new team members. Your passion for service, attention to sanitation, and adherence to Infection Prevention and Control policies will ensure residents receive quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care as per established care plans
• Document care information accurately as directed
• Attend in-service education and workshops regularly




• Assist in onboarding new staff and training
• Adhere to IPAC policies for resident safety

Requirements:
• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program
• Familiarity with geriatric care needs
• Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning techniques
• Meet vocational standards set by relevant associations
• Compassionate approach to resident interaction
