In this role, you will assess participants' needs and deliver tailored support to help them secure sustainable employment. You'll engage in job search activities and develop individual Employment Action Plans for each participant. Your effectiveness will contribute directly to clients’ career transitions and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate participant needs and identify employment barriers
• Conduct qualified interactions with participants and employers
• Facilitate job fairs and promote participants to employers




• Develop relationships with community organizations for participant support
• Create and maintain comprehensive Employment Action Plans

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Two years of experience in case management or counseling
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work independently
• Access to a vehicle for local travel
