You’ll bring experience in customer success, marketing, or communications, combined with well-developed technical and business expertise, and a genuine affinity for technology, customer experience, and value realization.

You’re a self-starting go-getter who thrives in agile environments, manages multiple priorities with minimal direction, and collaborates skillfully across all levels of the organization.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, paired with critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize and assess large quantities of data into actionable insights.

Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel, and data management is required, with additional experience in digital marketing, event planning, and virtual event tools considered an asset.

Build It In this role,



lead end-to-end solution adoption campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders and adoption leads to drive visibility and meet yearly targets, while building and managing cross-functional partnerships to align expectations and timelines for delivery.

To support these efforts, you will provide reports and analytics for Customer Success.

This means you will extract, transform, and process data.

You will turn campaign performance into clear data visualizations and actionable recommendations.

Additionally, you will find ways to scale and automate reporting tools.

Belong The Solution Adoption Campaign Internship supports the SAP Solution Adoption Team in defining and executing the Solution Adoption strategy and leverage analytics to build best-in-class customer experiences.

The solution scope covers Cloud ERP Private and/or Supply Chain solutions.
