Hands-on experience with Dev

Ops tools and processes, particularly CI/CD pipelines.

Scrum and Agile Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead Agile ceremonies and implement Scrum principles effectively across development teams.

Business Process Modeling: Proficiency in modeling current and future business processes using tools like BPMN and process flow diagrams.

Requirements Gathering: Strong expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and process documents.

Prepares training materials, training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance with guidelines.

Experience Qualification (30%) Advanced Certifications: PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications are highly desirable.

Experience in Dev

Ops Environments: Previous experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst within a Dev

Ops setting, bridging the gap between development and operations teams.

Familiarity with Dev

Ops Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.

Experience with Cloud and Containerization Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

Software Development Background: Experience in software development is advantageous, enabling better communication with technical teams.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or other regulated sectors is preferred.

Requirements Skillset (20%) Backlog Management: Experience collaborating with Product Owners to manage product backlogs,



ensuring the highest-priority work is well-defined and ready for development.

Gap Analysis and Problem-Solving: Ability to perform gap analysis, identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations.
