MOVATI Athletic seeks a Facility Technician focused on maintaining clean and appealing clubs. You will oversee building maintenance, ensure health and safety compliance, and troubleshoot any operational issues. The ideal candidate will have solid technical skills and experience to uphold our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain all building systems and perform repairs
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot fitness system outages and prepare action plans




• Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with health and safety practices

Requirements:
• Community College Certificate in Building Environmental Systems
• Minimum three years of building systems experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
