Cascades Scarborough is seeking an HR Technician to join KARIM HIRJI's team in Scarborough. You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement while helping create a positive workplace culture in a manufacturing environment.
You’ll coordinate full-cycle recruitment, build relationships with employees, respond to inquiries, organize engagement initiatives, maintain HR records, and contribute to HR projects. On-site five days a week with adaptable scheduling.
