Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales and performance objectives.
Assist customers with styling, sizing, fitting rooms, and available programs.
Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
Participate in training and share product feedback and opportunities with management.

Requirements
Retail or similar experience is preferred.
Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
