Teknion is seeking a Customer Service Technician to provide prompt, courteous service to Teknion Dealers, Customer Service, Sales Representatives and Plant staff regarding Teknion Seating products.
You will receive and resolve customer complaints, determine corrective actions, and assist in in office repairs as required, documenting all activities in accordance with warranty guidelines and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
