In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide demand planning performance, ensuring high-quality forecasting and continuous improvement across all business units. You will play a key role in standardizing processes, driving improvements through the S&OP, S&OE management processes, positioning the organization for long-term success. and waste reductionIdentify and implement best practices to standardize and optimize demand planning processesReduce manual work and drive automation and simplification initiativesS&OP / S&OE LeadershipOwn and support enterprise demand planning processes within S&OP and S&OE frameworksFacilitate cross-functional alignment and drive effective decision‐makingPartner with stakeholders to improve planning cycle efficiency and outcomesData, Reporting & InsightsDevelop and deliver high-quality KPI reporting and performance analysisMonitor demand planning performance and identify root causes for gapsProvide actionable insights and partner with stakeholders to implement improvement plansTools & Digital EnablementSupport evaluation and implementation of demand planning tools and systems (e.G., OMP, SAS)Collaborate with Digital Acceleration teams to enhance planning capabilitiesContribute to digital transformation initiatives within supply chain planningCapability Building & CollaborationProvide training, mentorship, and support to the demand planning communityFoster knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across teamsPartner with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations stakeholdersWhat will make you successful?Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field3–5 years of experience in demand/supply planning or related supply chain rolesExperience working with S&OP / S&OE processesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex dataExperience with demand planning systems (e.G., OMP, SAP)Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and planning frameworksExperience with reporting and analytics tools (e.G., Power BI, SAP BW)Preferred SkillsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functionsAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate insights into actionStrong project management and organizational skills in a fast‐paced environmentWe have a friendly,
