Support community food programs as a Part-Time Driver with SOURCES. Your role will involve driving a transit van or truck to help transport food and goods in Surrey, Langley, and White Rock.

As a vital member of the Food Security team at SOURCES, you will utilize your Class 5 driver’s license and excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities will include engaging with community businesses, ensuring vehicle maintenance, and documenting deliveries. You will be a key player in promoting food access while addressing community hunger.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive designated routes for food collection and delivery
• Maintain positive relationships with community partners
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Weigh and track daily food deliveries accurately
• Address safety requirements and promote program objectives

Requirements:
• Class 5 BC Driver’s license with a clean record
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Experience driving box trucks or transit vans
• Solid customer service skills
