Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Personal Support Workers during care
• Assess and monitor resident care needs regularly
• Develop and modify residents’ care plans




• Ensure proper delivery of medications to residents
• Maintain communication with residents and families

Requirements:
• Current Ontario RN Certificate of Competence
• Experience in retirement or long-term care preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Supervisory experience in healthcare settings
• Ability to lift and transfer residents safely
