This role for security professionals centers on customer interaction and safety as the designated Occupational First Aid (OFA 2) attendant. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, responding to medical incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. You will support store operations and enhance the shopping experience for staff and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the property
• Monitor CCTV systems to identify safety concerns




• Respond to medical incidents and provide first aid
• Document incidents and report hazards promptly
• Assist management with customer concerns and safety initiatives

Requirements:
• Valid BC Security Worker Licence
• OFA Level 2 certification required
• 1 year of security experience in retail or similar
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Basic computer skills for reporting purposes
