Our branch located in Vars is looking for a sales and rental coordinator.
Salary: $24 to $28/hour

Responsibilities Reporting to the branch and sales manager, the primary function will be to oversee all processes within the Sales/Rentals department. Without limitation, the sales/rentals coordinator will:




Gather data necessary to complete credit application and sales/rental file (letters of passage, signed contracts, insurance, cancelled checks, driver's license, etc.);
Prepare sales/lease contracts for sales representatives;
Quotes and takes orders;
Issue purchase orders for subcontractor sales files;
Collect payments (current, unpaid and/or overdue) from customer accounts in sales/rental files;
Process all financing contracts related to sales files;
Ensure that leased and/or traded-in units are returned with all accessories and options;
Produce invoices for designated sales representative;
Request quotes/purchase extended warranties and enter data into system.
