Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate service requests
• Conduct site walkthroughs to track and resolve deficiencies




• Manage contractor access to minimize disruption
• Negotiate supplier contracts and prices for efficiency
• Review non-clinical spending for cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:
• Experience managing clinical facilities or support services
• Proven sourcing and supplier negotiation skills
• Knowledge of building and preventive maintenance
• Background in budget management and vendor records
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
