Job Description:

Providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and skilled manner

Picking up and dropping off customers according to appointments and schedules

Recording all customer pickups and drop-offs using the Service Pick Up Form

Notifying Service Advisors of vehicle concerns or required repairs

Reporting maintenance needs as identified

Completing accident reports for any incidents and ensuring management sign-off

Taking photos of any pre-existing damage and completing damage reports upon vehicle return

Transporting customers, vehicles, packages, and dealership materials as required

Inspecting courtesy and shuttle vehicles before and after shifts, including lights, brakes, windshield wipers, tire pressure, mileage, fuel levels, and any damage

Cleaning and maintaining vehicle interiors and exteriors

Demonstrating behaviours consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
