Insight Global is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join one of our largest enterprise retail clients as they transform the future of digital commerce.

This team is building next‑generation AI and personalization capabilities that power millions of customer interactions across grocery, beauty, pharmacy, loyalty, and apparel.

You'll be part of a high‑impact engineering group leveraging advanced machine learning, generative AI, and large‑scale cloud infrastructure to redefine how customers discover and shop for products.

Skills and Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a robust focus on GenAI‑driven personalization.

Expertise with GenAI frameworks (e.g., Lang

Chain or Lang

Graph) and production‑grade ML systems.

Proven experience with GCP services and large‑scale ML infrastructure.

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud‑native development.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Demonstrated success deploying ML models to production at scale.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS




Experience with multimodal deep learning architectures and generative AI models.

Knowledge of modern recommendation system architectures (transformers, neural collaborative filtering).

Experience building real‑time inference systems.

Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Spark) and big‑data processing.

Experience with Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer) and CI/CD pipelines.
